Wheat Germs
Wheat germ is the embryo of a wheat kernel, and is part of the breads and cereals food group that is high in vitamins, fibre, mineral content and nutritional value.
Wheat Meal
Wheat meal is essentially untreated whole wheat milled from selected high-protein wheat. Wheat meal delivers a “wholegrain” texture and flavor for a variety of wheat-based products.
Wheat Bran
The highly digestible bran layer of a wheat kernel, wheat bran is high in dietary fibre and nutrients. It is suitable in making a variety of baked products and cereal.
Semolina
Semolina is specially milled from high-grade wheat and used to make Halva (puddings) and pasta products.
